Trust methodology

What “verified” means here

We verify that a current first-party source supports a listing. We do not certify medical safety, quality, or individual suitability.

Publication standard

An offering needs a provider-published class, schedule, or booking URL; a retrieval date; and manual review. Discovery directories can identify leads, but they are not copied as source data.

Freshness

Active sources are queued for regular checks. At 45 days without confirmation, a record is flagged for review. At 90 days, it should leave indexable collections until reconfirmed.

Credential language

“Issuer verified” requires a current issuer profile. A provider’s own training claim remains provider-claimed. Credentials do not establish medical suitability or class quality.

Corrections and claims

Corrections are free. Claims and submissions enter a pending queue; they never overwrite a published record automatically. Ownership claims require domain/email or manual evidence.

Money and ranking

Sponsored placements must be visibly labeled. Payment cannot change verification status or block factual corrections. Organic ordering must not be silently overridden.

Health disclaimer

Information is for discovery only. Discuss exercise, timing, contraindications, and modifications with a qualified clinician and the provider.
